Complete Recirculating
Aquaculture Systems
LiTENDA designs and supplies full RAS packages — biofiltration, mechanical filtration, oxygenation, and water management equipment — engineered to keep your culture water clean, stable, and disease-free with minimal water exchange.
What is a
RAS Solution?
A Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) is a closed-loop production method that filters and reuses culture water instead of constantly drawing in fresh supply. By combining mechanical filtration, biological treatment, and oxygenation, a well-designed RAS keeps ammonia, solids, and pathogens under control while cutting water consumption dramatically.
LiTENDA's RAS packages bring together MBBR bio media, drum filtration, roots blowers, and aeration equipment into one coordinated system — built to hold stable water quality even at high stocking densities.
Every project starts with free technical consultation and a tailored system design based on your species, tank volume, and biomass targets — our engineers size the right equipment before you order anything.
Built for Continuous,
High-Density Production
Every LiTENDA RAS component is selected and configured to work as one system, not a collection of separate parts. Biofiltration capacity, mechanical screening, and oxygen supply are balanced against each other so the system holds steady even as biomass and feed rates climb.
That balance is what lets operators run higher stocking densities with lower risk — water parameters stay inside safe ranges instead of swinging with every feeding cycle.
Our team reviews your species, target biomass, and site conditions before recommending equipment sizes, so the system you install matches the production you actually plan to run — not a generic template.
Free consultation & system design — tell us your species, tank size and stocking density for a tailored RAS package.
RAS Solution Advantages
Every RAS package we design is built around real production conditions — not lab-scale assumptions. Here's what sets our systems apart.
What LiTENDA Equipment Does
Inside Your RAS
Each piece of equipment plays a specific role in keeping the closed-loop water cycle clean, oxygenated, and stable.

RAS System Process
Culture water moves through mechanical filtration, biological treatment, and oxygenation in a continuous closed loop before returning clean to the tank.
Benefits of a Closed-Loop RAS
Compared with flow-through or pond-based systems, RAS gives operators far tighter control over water quality, biosecurity, and production output.
